AZPOW guarantee 100% Satisfaction on all our products and services, all our products will be sent to you in good condition. If any exception, you may request for new replacements by informing us within 1 year warranty of purchase. All our products are coming with 12~18 months warranty.

 

Our Exchanging Policy

In the period of validity of our warranty, if any defective battery with quality problem, please kindly return it to us for exchanging new replacement to you. Remark:
--The quality problem mentioned above covers: non-charging,abnormal charging behavior,Short running time,incorrect

  indication  of power levels, compatibility problem etc. which caused by the factors from the manufacturer, but

  not cover the problems caused by the improper using and any other external causes such as accident, outside

  forces damage and other force majeure like fire, flood, act of voilence and other similar factors etc. 

--Goods returned within the specified warranty period must be sent with Azpow part number & serial number and Azpow

  Proforma Invoice No.. Packs of unknown source or without a valid serial number will not be accepted.
--The item's serial No. must be clearly readable and marked on the outside of the returned goods.
--All returned goods will be tested by our engineers and only defective battery in fact can be exchanged.
--Replacement items will be sent out together with the next order shipment.
--A credit for 80% of the current item price will be applied to customer’s account if any customer request the

  refunds for returned goods.

 

Valid Period of Warranty

The warranty start from the date of delivery, and we provide 12-18 months Warranty for our products. (We will clarify specifically if any exception)
